Return Information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Imperial Atelier furniture purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Return Window
You may return your furniture within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs
If You Change Your Mind:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs BOTH WAYS (to you and back to us). The original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If Item Is Defective or Damaged:

Customer only pays the cost to ship the item BACK to us. We will cover the original shipping cost. Please contact us immediately with photos of any defects or damage.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition and packaging
Unused and unassembled (if applicable)
Free from any damage or alterations
Returned with all original accessories and documentation
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us to request a return authorization
Package the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item to the address provided
Provide tracking information once shipped
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping costs as outlined above.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you (you only pay return shipping).
