Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Imperial Atelier Furniture is operated by Farrukh Sair as a sole trader.

All furniture products are handcrafted to order. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.
Orders and Delivery
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before shipping.

Limitation of Liability
