Shipping Costs
European Union (except Scandinavia): FREE SHIPPING
Scandinavian Countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland): £20 additional shipping fee
Processing Time
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before shipping. We will notify you when your order is ready to ship.

Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within Europe after the item ships. You will receive tracking information via email.

Packaging
All furniture is carefully packaged with premium materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect the fine craftsmanship and materials of each piece.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for prompt resolution.
